Refund policy

Returns may be requested within 14 days of receiving the product, for both new and used items.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition and original packaging (if applicable).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
